A year later

A lot has happened since last March 2007. I'm looking for a new job since my Fellowship will be ending in October of 2008. As an African American librarian the struggle continues. I am starting to write more which is great. I've written a couple of articles that I'm looking to have published and begun writing my book titled "Diary of a Mad Black Librarian". I've started doing a lot with programs and outreach in the library and hope to find a job that will let me do more in that area. I've realized Outreach comes natrually to me and I find such pleasure in it it seems less like work.
